Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policies for Advertising Services
Amish.Net The Company accepts credit cards and checks for payment for its Advertising services for its Enhanced Listings and Banners. All advertising services must be paid in advance and in US Dollars. Services ordered and to be paid by check will begin upon receipt of the check. For your convenience, Amish.Net The Company accepts Visa and Mastercard for all advertising services. Billing for advertising services to be paid by credit card is prorated monthly billed on the first day of each month of service under the name "Amish.Net The Company". Contracted service can be canceled upon receipt of a signed letter requesting that service be canceled with 30 days notice. The cancellation notice may be mailed to Amish.Net The Company, 15802 Springdale Street, PMB 14, Huntington Beach, CA 92649-1765 USA. Payments for advertising services made by check will be refunded at the end of the month following receipt of the required 30 day notice. Monthly payments for advertising services billed by credit card will be stopped at the end of the month following the required 30 day notice. Amish.Net The Company does not offer a refund for advertising services provided in accordance with the Agreement.
